          (1)蹤跡(ji)電纜(lan)警(jing)示帶(dai)敷設在管(guan)頂上(shang)方(fang)300-500mm處(chu)(以保(bao)證施(shi)工(gong)挖(wa)出(chu)蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)時,傷(shang)害(hai)不到管線),但(dan)不得敷設於(yu)路基或路面裏(li)。

          (1) The warning tape for the trace cable should be laid 300-500mm above the top of the pipe (to ensure that the trace tape does not harm the pipeline during construction), but it should not be laid in the roadbed or road surface.

          (2)直(zhi)徑不大(da)於(yu)400mm的(de)管(guan)道,可在上(shang)方(fang)敷設壹條(tiao)蹤(zong)跡(ji)電纜(lan)警(jing)示帶(dai);大(da)於(yu)400mm的(de)管(guan)道,應在管(guan)道正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang)平(ping)行(xing)敷設兩條(tiao)水(shui)平(ping)凈(jing)距100-200mm的(de)蹤(zong)跡(ji)電纜(lan)警(jing)示帶(dai)。

          (2) For pipes with a diameter not exceeding 400mm, a cable warning tape can be laid above; For pipelines larger than 400mm, two horizontal cable warning tapes with a clear distance of 100-200mm should be laid parallel above the pipeline.

          (3)敷設過程(cheng)中,兩條(tiao)蹤(zong)跡(ji)電纜(lan)警(jing)示帶(dai)連(lian)接處應搭接1米左右,搭(da)接處將(jiang)鋁箔(bo)壹(yi)側(ce)的(de)PE膜(mo)剝(bo)開,露出(chu)鋁箔(bo),使(shi)兩條(tiao)蹤(zong)跡(ji)帶(dai)的(de)鋁(lv)箔充分(fen)接觸,並(bing)用(yong)塑料膠(jiao)帶(dai)將(jiang)搭接部分(fen)整(zheng)體(ti)包裹嚴(yan)實,保(bao)證粘接牢固(gu),通電後能導通

          (3) During the laying process, the connection between the two trace cable warning tapes should be overlapped by about 1 meter.           (4)在PE管(guan)管端(duan),若(ruo)蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)沒有引出(chu)地(di)面,則(ze)應(ying)將(jiang)蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)剝(bo)開50厘(li)米(mi)長(chang),讓鋁箔(bo)與大(da)地(di)充分(fen)接觸,鋁箔與大(da)地(di)形(xing)成回(hui)路,減少接觸電阻(zu),可(ke)以提高(gao)探(tan)測(ce)質量(liang)。

          (4) At the end of the PE pipe, if the trace tape does not lead out of the ground, it should be peeled off 50 centimeters long to allow the aluminum foil to fully contact the ground. The aluminum foil forms a circuit with the ground, reducing contact resistance and improving detection quality.

          (5)敷設過程(cheng)中可設置信(xin)號(hao)源井(jing),將(jiang)蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)引出(chu),留在井(jing)內1米(mi),便(bian)於(yu)探測(ce)時用(yong)。

          (5) During the laying process, a signal source well can be set up to lead out the trace strip and leave it 1 meter inside the well for easy detection.

          (6)蹤(zong)跡(ji)帶(dai)整(zheng)體(ti)滾花成型並(bing)成卷放置、運(yun)輸,蹤(zong)跡(ji)帶(dai)開卷後會不平(ping)展(zhan)。施(shi)工(gong)時,把(ba)蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)打(da)開4-5米,兩(liang)個人用手(shou)抓住(zhu)兩端(duan)用(yong)力(li)拉(la)平(ping),松(song)手(shou)後蹤跡(ji)帶(dai)便(bian)會平(ping)展(zhan)。然(ran)後再(zai)進(jin)行(xing)敷設。

          (6) The overall embossing of the tracking tape is formed and placed in rolls for transportation. The tracking tape will not stretch out after being uncoiled. During construction, open the tracking tape 4-5 meters, and two people use their hands to grab both ends and pull them flat with force. After releasing their hands, the tracking tape will flatten. Then proceed with the laying.

          (7) Partial over excavation should be backfilled and compacted. When there is no groundwater at the bottom of the ditch, if the over excavation is within 0.15m, the original soil can be used for backfilling; If the over excavation is above 0.15, lime soil treatment can be used. When there is groundwater or a large amount of water at the bottom of the ditch, graded sand or natural sand should be used to backfill to the elevation. After backfilling the over excavated part, the compactness should be close to the compactness of the natural soil in the original foundation.

          (8)在濕陷(xian)性黃(huang)土(tu)地(di)區,不宜在雨(yu)期(qi)施(shi)工(gong),或(huo)在施(shi)工(gong)時切(qie)實(shi)排(pai)除溝(gou)內積(ji)水,開挖時應(ying)在溝(gou)底預留值(zhi)0.03~0.06m厚(hou)的(de)土(tu)層進(jin)行(xing)壓(ya)實處(chu)理(li)。

          (8) In areas with collapsible loess, it is not advisable to carry out construction during rainy periods or to effectively drain the accumulated water in the ditch. During excavation, a soil layer with a thickness of 0.03-0.06m should be reserved at the bottom of the ditch for compaction treatment.

          (9)溝(gou)底遇有廢(fei)棄構築(zhu)物(wu)、硬(ying)石(shi)、木頭、垃圾(ji)等(deng)雜物(wu)時必(bi)須,並(bing)應(ying)鋪(pu)壹(yi)層(ceng)厚度不小於(yu)0.15m砂(sha)土(tu)或素土(tu),整(zheng)平(ping)壓(ya)實及(ji)設計標(biao)高(gao)。

          (9) When encountering abandoned structures, hard stones, wood, garbage and other debris at the bottom of the ditch, they must be removed, and a layer of sand or plain soil with a thickness of no less than 0.15m should be laid, leveled and compacted to the design elevation.

          (10)不得采(cai)用(yong)凍(dong)土(tu)、垃圾(ji)、木材及(ji)軟(ruan)性物(wu)質回(hui)填(tian)。管道(dao)兩側及(ji)管頂以上(shang)0.5m內的(de)回(hui)填(tian)土(tu),不得含(han)有碎(sui)石(shi)、磚塊等(deng)雜物(wu),且(qie)不得采(cai)用(yong)灰土(tu)回填(tian)。距管(guan)頂0.5m以上(shang)的(de)回(hui)填(tian)土(tu)中的(de)石(shi)塊不得多(duo)於(yu)10%、直(zhi)徑不得大(da)於(yu)0.1m,且均(jun)勻(yun)分(fen)布。

          (10) Frozen soil, garbage, wood, and soft materials shall not be used for backfilling. The backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the top of the pipeline shall not contain debris such as crushed stones and bricks, and shall not be filled with gray soil. The number of stones in the backfill soil at a distance of more than 0.5m from the top of the pipe shall not exceed 10%, and the diameter shall not exceed 0.1m, and shall be evenly distributed.

          (11)回填(tian)土(tu)應分(fen)層(ceng)壓(ya)實,每(mei)層(ceng)虛(xu)鋪(pu)厚度宜為(wei)0.2~0.3m,管道(dao)兩側(ce)及(ji)管頂以上(shang)0.5m內的(de)回(hui)填(tian)土(tu)必(bi)須采(cai)用(yong)人工(gong)壓(ya)實,管(guan)頂0.5m以上(shang)的(de)回(hui)填(tian)土(tu)可采(cai)用(yong)小型機械壓(ya)實,每(mei)層(ceng)虛(xu)鋪(pu)厚度宜為(wei)0.25~0.4m。

          (11) Backfill soil should be compacted in layers, with a virtual paving thickness of 0.2-0.3m for each layer. Backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the pipe top must be manually compacted. Backfill soil above 0.5m above the pipe top can be compacted using small machinery, and the virtual paving thickness for each layer should be 0.25-0.4m.

          (12)埋設燃氣管(guan)道(dao)的(de)沿(yan)線應(ying)連(lian)續(xu)鋪設警(jing)示帶(dai)。警(jing)示帶(dai)鋪設前應將(jiang)鋪設面壓(ya)實,並(bing)平(ping)整(zheng)的(de)鋪(pu)設在管(guan)道的(de)正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang),距(ju)管定的(de)距(ju)離宜為(wei)0.3~0.5m,但不得鋪(pu)設於(yu)路基和(he)路面內(nei)。

          (12) Warning tapes should be continuously laid along the buried gas pipelines. Before laying the warning tape, the surface should be compacted and laid flat above the pipeline. The distance from the pipeline should be 0.3-0.5 meters, but it should not be laid in the roadbed or road surface.
